Am Samstagmittag gegen 13:45 Uhr wurde die Feuerwehr Holm auf ein Betriebsgelände in der Holmer Straße alarmiert. Die Alarmierung lautete „brennt Wohnmobil“. Vor Ort stellten die Einsatzkräfte fest, dass vier Wohnmobile in voller Ausdehnung brannten. Eines der Wohnmobile rollte brennend in das Betriebsgebäude.
Die insgesamt 35 Einsatzkräfte der Feuerwehr Holm bauten einen Löschangriff mit mehreren Rohren auf, und begannen zeitgleich mit einem Innenangriff um das Gebäude zu schützen.
Um genügend Atemschutzgeräteträger nachzuführen wurde die Feuerwehr Wedel nachalarmiert. Nach mehreren Stunden war der Brand gelöscht, es wurde Wasser wie auch Schaum, zur Brandbekämpfung eingesetzt.
Die Polizei hat die Brandursachenermittlung aufgenommen. Der Schaden wird auf mehrere hunderttausend Euro geschätzt.
